We all have goals when it comes to life and fitness. And we all want to reach those goals as quickly as possible. The issue with finding the quick fix to help you reach your goal, is that it often doesn't actually get you there, or if it does, it does not allow you to sustain it.
Think of your time in the gym (or doing any other form of physical activity) as an investment in yourself. On the surface 1% daily may not seem like a lot. But wouldn't you love to earn 1% every day on a monetary investment? So what makes a health and fitness investment any different?
