Rammr Strength & Conditioning works one on one with clients to help them achieve their health and fitness goals. 

 

At Rammr I know that everybody is different. This is why I work with each client individually to ensure a personalized experience tailored to your goals and needs. I have a wealth of experience in working with individuals of varying training experience and ability - clients I have worked with include young athletes trying to make it to the next level, people with little to no training experience who want to get started, and many people just trying to get in shape or stay in shape to keep up with their everyday lives. 

 

Because everybody is different, I work with each client to asses their specific needs and goals, creating a personalized program to help achieve their goals. 

 

Rammr Strength & Conditioning works out of P.A.C.E. Training Centre located at 2206 Speers avenue. I have full access to all equipment and amenities in the gym, including dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, cable machines, cardio machines, and more. 

Pricing

  • 1-4 sessions (trial): $50/session
  • 5 sessions: $225 ($45/session)
  • 10 sessions: $400 ($40/session)
  • 20 sessions: $700 ($35/session)
